It’s a two-day event designed to provide STR owners with the skills, frameworks, and tools to increase profitability and grow their business. This workshop is run by Seth & Tori Bolt, along with their team. Seth and Tori Bolt do the majority of the teaching.

Yes! Most people, if not attending solo, bring their spouse, business partner, or key team member. Please note that guests are not included in the individual ticket. We offer one-person tickets and two-person bundles. Two-person bundles include one Bolt Farm villa reservation (though additional accommodations may be booked separately, based on availability.) Even if you purchase a single ticket, you are welcome to bring a guest with you to Bolt Farm Treehouse, so they can enjoy the property, trails, spa, etc. while you attend the workshop.

At Bolt Farm Treehouse, located just outside Chattanooga, TN! Exact address will be sent upon purchasing your ticket.

Chattanooga (CHA) or Nashville (BNA). Chattanooga is the closest, and Nashville tends to have better/cheaper flights. Both are an easy drive to BFT.

Yes! Dinner is provided on day 1. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner and provided on Day 2. Breakfast is provided on the morning of your departure. There will also be snacks, refreshments, and beverages available to you throughout the day.

We’ve got you covered! We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to note that in your pre-workshop form.

Lots! Enjoy a day at the Spa and Wellness Haven, walk the trails, relax in the hot tub, roast s’mores over a campfire, soak in the copper tub… there is no end to the ways you can relax and enjoy! However, you will have minimal time to enjoy the property due to the workshop programming being quite extensive.

‍Pro tip : Most workshop attendees extend their stay through the weekend to allow time to enjoy the property. This is also a great way to process the information you learned and get a clear plan for how you will execute when you return home.

In the weeks leading up to your workshop, you can expect to receive a specialized pre-work packet that is designed to help prepare for the workshop!

Each workshop will vary slightly, but the overall event will consist of teaching sessions, Q&A, interactive activities, and group meals. Each day is tailored to ensure you are provided the tools and skills to aggressively grow your business.

We will provide you with a notebook and pen for easy note taking, as well as name tags for networking. If you prefer to take notes digitally, bring a laptop. Bring warm layers as well as appropriate footwear for walking. (the weather varies and we will be taking a job site and property tour).

Absolutely! Our Workshop Transfer Policy allows each attendee to reschedule one (1) time within six months of the original workshop purchase date. There is a $100.00 transfer fee, and our Workshop Team would be happy to help facilitate this change. Please note that transfer requests within 14 days of the registered workshop date will not be accepted.
Exclusions do apply: Changes within 14 days of the workshop date can only be made in the event of travel-related issues such as VISA problems, flight cancellations or serious illnesses.

If an event cancellation occurs, registered participants will receive a full refund within 60 days. If any event is postponed, registration for impacted attendees will transfer to the next available event date.
There are no refunds for any workshop purchases, however, rescheduling is an option (see above for details).

No. However, there will be allotted times for photos with Seth and Tori Bolt. Photography taken by the BFT team will be made available to do. Please check with the team if you have questions.

2pm CT (note that Chattanooga is on Eastern Standard Time but we are located on Central Time). We offer you early check-in at no additional cost to ensure you have plenty of time to settle into your villa before session starts promptly at 4pm CT.

The investment, if selected, is $7,500 for one ticket or $10,000 for two tickets. This include access to the workshop, a two-night stay at Bolt Farm, all your meals and drinks during your stay.
