A couples spa treatment, full-stay access to the Wellness Haven (cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and reflection pool), daily meals for two, and a curated romance experience. Every stay is structured to guide couples through rest, reconnection, and renewal.

How much does a stay cost?
Nightly rates vary by villa type and season. You’ll see exact, live pricing the moment you choose your dates. Most couples add a curated, all-inclusive experience that bundles spa, meals, and guided connection rituals, transforming a stay into a true relationship reset.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3:00 PM Central and check-out is 10:00 AM Central. Your specific villa is assigned at check-in based on availability.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, and it depends on your arrival date. Typically 2 nights for weekday arrivals and 3 nights for weekend arrivals, with shorter last-minute stays sometimes available closer in. The exact minimum for your dates is shown the moment you check availability.
When is the best time to visit?
BOLT FARM is open year-round. Each season brings its own mood, whether spring renewal, summer energy, fall romance, or winter intimacy, but the invitation is the same: space to reconnect.
How do I book?
Book directly on this site: choose your dates and villa, add any experiences, and check out securely. Your deposit and balance date are shown before you confirm.
What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds
- 48-hour grace period: Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund of everything paid. Bookings made within 7 days of check-in are final.
- 45 or more days before check-in, after the grace period: 50% of the total reservation cost is charged. What you have paid counts toward it; any refund or remaining charge is settled to the card on file.
- Fewer than 45 days before check-in: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged, packages and experiences included, and nothing is refunded.
Rescheduling
- Up to 45 days before check-in: Rescheduling is allowed, to earlier or later dates, for 10% of the total reservation cost plus any price difference.
- Fewer than 45 days before check-in: Stays can no longer be rescheduled.
Cancellations and reschedules are made by phone with the BOLT FARM team. Cancellation charges under this policy are charged to the card on file.

How much is the deposit when I book online?
Reservations made on our website more than 30 days before arrival are held with a $495 deposit, a benefit exclusive to online booking. Your remaining balance is charged automatically to your card on file 30 days before check-in. You’ll see the exact amount and date before you confirm.
Can I get the $495 deposit by phone?
The $495 deposit is reserved for reservations made on our website. Our team is always happy to help you find the right stay and send you a secure link to complete it online.
When is my balance charged?
Thirty days before check-in, automatically, to the card you booked with. Your confirmation email shows the date and amount.
