BOLT FARM Treehouse may collect personal information about you. Examples of such information are name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, e-mail address, credit card information and customer preferences data. Examples of ways in which we may collect such information from you include the following:

A. Registration and Ordering

Before using certain parts of this Site or booking a stay, you must complete a registration form. When registering, you will be prompted to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card number. In addition, you may also be asked to provide your country of residence and/or your organization's country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and perhaps for your gender. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your order(s), to communicate with you about your order and this Site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, we will use the personal information to contact you.

B. E-mail Addresses

Some areas of the Site allow you to enter your e-mail address for purposes including, but not limited to: sending pre-arrival informational emails, subscribing to the e-mail newsletter or blog, receiving marketing emails after your stay.

Like most other websites, BOLT FARM Treehouse uses cookie technology throughout this Site. A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. Cookies are used to provide customers with tighter security, customized content, tracking of orders and shopping cart items. Unfortunately, customers who turn off cookies in their browser settings may not be able to shop from this Site. However, customers who have disable cookies can still place orders over the telephone by contacting our customer service number at 423-556-3365. THIS SITE'S COOKIES DO NOT AND CANNOT INFILTRATE A USER'S HARD DRIVE TO GATHER A USER'S CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Our cookies are not "spyware"!

D. Third Party Partners

BOLT FARM Treehouse may collect your email address via cookies and pixels on the Website through the use of trusted third party partners. These partners may combine your email information with other information they have access to such as mailing address so that BOLT FARM Treehouse may serve relevant marketing offers to you via direct mail. If you do not want BOLT FARM Treehouse to collect information about you, please contact BOLT FARM Treehouse to opt out.

E. Mobile Services and Text Messaging (SMS)

You may choose to provide your mobile phone number when you make a reservation, register on the Site, or sign up to receive offers. Providing your mobile number is optional and is never a condition of any purchase.

Bolt Farm Treehouse, LLC operates two separate text-messaging programs. You must affirmatively opt in to each one separately (for example, by checking the applicable consent box):

• Reservation / customer-care texts (transactional):recurring SMS/MMS messages relating to your reservation — booking confirmations, updates, reminders, arrival/ETA coordination, in-stay service notices, and customer-care responses.
• Marketing / promotional texts:if you separately opt in, recurring SMS/MMS marketing messages — such as special offers, new stays, events, and promotions — which may be sent using automated technology. You are not required to give this consent, or to receive marketing texts, to book or purchase anything.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP to any message from that program, after which you will receive a single confirmation and will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 423-556-3365 or tn@boltfarmtreehouse.com. Supported carriers may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that help us operate our messaging programs (such as our text-messaging platforms and telecommunications carriers), and solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

Information Use

We do not sell or rent information about our customers and all information provided to BOLT FARM Treehouse remains absolutely confidential, except that:

A. We will use your personal information to communicate with you about your stay, and we may send you a confirmation e-mail when you register/place an order with us. Also, if you submit your e-mail address to register for our blog, e-mail newsletter, or to open a BOLT FARM Treehouse account, we use it to deliver the information to you.

B. We may be required to disclose such information in response to subpoenas, court orders, requests from law-enforcement officials or if we are otherwise required to disclose such information by law.

C. We may publicly disclose the name, city, and state of the winner of any online sweepstakes, marketing campaigns, or any other sales event.

Protecting Your Information

Shopping on the Site is easy, secure and worry-free. We have taken reasonable measures to protect your personal information and to ensure that your order and your credit card information are safe and secure. Safe Shopping Guarantee

The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent credit card charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to the full $50.00, BOLT FARM Treehouse will cover the entire liability, up to the full $50.00.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card according to its reporting rules and procedures.

Please note that BOLT FARM Treehouse will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at BOLT FARM Treehouse online shopping while using our secure server.

Opt Out/Corrections

Upon your request, we will (a) correct or update your personal information; (b) stop sending e-mails to your e-mail address. You can make these requests by e-mailing your request to BOLT FARM Treehouse's Customer Support department, at tn@boltfarmtreehouse.com. Please clearly label the subject line "Opt Out/Corrections," and do not e-mail your credit-card number or other sensitive information.

Offline Collection, Use & Disclosure of Information

The majority of information that we collect is obtained through our Site, and this Privacy Policy applies only to that online collection of personal information. We also collect information offline, where we also try to protect the privacy of your personal information. One example involves someone calling us to place an order or to ask questions. When someone calls, we will ask only for the personal information we need in order to place the order or to answer the question. When we need to store information (such as order information), we will enter it into our database.
