So, how can we get better sleep? It is not always easy. Improving your sleep means taking charge of your nights and making changes if you are struggling.

Here are six tips that can help you get a better night's sleep:

Get Your Body Moving

Find time for some physical activity! Exercise can help you fall asleep faster and improve the quality of your sleep. It's important to remember not to exercise too close to bedtime, as it can actually keep you awake.
